Shopping Basics
All orders are shipped through USPS with a tracking number included.
– Shipping – all orders are shipped out same day if placed before 2 PM Monday – Friday. Orders placed after 2 PM are shipped out the next business day. To view our entire shipping policy, click here.
– Returns – Returns are accepted up to 7 days after delivery. All item(s) must be returned in their original packaging. We cannot accept any item(s) that has been used or altered in ANY way. To view our entire returns policy, click here.
We do not ship internationally at this time.
Payments
We accept credit cards, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.
We do not accept international credit cards.
We do charge sales tax on orders if that state permits us to.
Shipping & Returns
To start a return you can sign in to your account and visit the orders page. Click “return request” next to the order you are trying to return.
If you do not have an account with us. You may e-mail us at support@jafarhair.com to start the returns process. Please include “return request” in the subject line.

Once an order is returned back to us, it will be processed the same day. Depending on the time it was delivered to us, it may be the next day. We will e-mail you once we’ve received your returned item(s).
If you need to cancel an order, you should contact our online support by clicking on the chat button on your screen. For a faster response. You may also contact us through email by shooting us an email at support@jafarhair.com. Please include “cancel order” in the subject line for priority reasons.
Since order(s) are shipped same day, it may not be possible to cancel your order. However, you can always return the order back to us for a full refund.
